The production process starts with digital design (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Fusion 360), where 2D/3D models of stands, displays, and promotional materials are created.
The designs are optimized for manufacturing, depending on the chosen material (cardboard, HDF, plexiglass, metal).
Digital printing: using large-format UV-LED and latex printers, directly onto cardboard, plastics, or foils.
CNC milling: precise shaping of HDF and wood materials.
Laser cutting: accurate cutting of plexiglass, acrylic, plastic, and metal components.
Plotter cutting: for stickers, adhesive graphics, and decorative elements.
Metal structures are treated with electrostatic powder coating, providing a durable, scratch-resistant, and aesthetic finish.
Plexiglass and plastics are polished and engraved for decorative purposes.
Cardboard and HDF surfaces can be laminated or varnished for extra protection.
Structures are assembled with screws, brackets, or magnetic joints, making them easy to transport and install.
Elements are designed in a modular system, allowing flexibility and adaptability according to campaigns.
The entire production chain is monitored through quality control checkpoints: color accuracy, dimensional precision, stability.
